In July 2003 we made a trip to Italy starting with a few days in the capital of Rome and then exploring Tuscany. All the images here were made with my original Canon D30 digital camera (the very first digital SLR from Canon) sporting a 3.1 MPixel sensor! It’s still satisfying to be able to reprocess these images with the latest software and get some pretty decent results.
One of the great things about Tuscany in Italy are all the beautiful small hilltop villages. Around the region we were staying there were numerous of these small ancient hilltop towns which were fascinating to wander around.
Radicondoli is a comune in the Province of Siena in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 60 kilometres southwest of Florence and about 25 kilometres southwest of Siena.
