We had visited Bolfracks a number of years ago so on a visit to Aberfeldy it was a chance to return to see these beautiful gardens.
Bolfracks Estate is a 4,000 acre privately owned family estate surrounded by the glorious arena of highland Perthshire. Perched on the banks of the River Tay the estate enjoys some of Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes.
Given the time of year the gardens were not in full bloom like the previous visit but it was still an enjoyable walk through the gardens. Apparently the estate has just been sold so hopefully the new owner will maintain the high standards and upkeep of the gardens.
