One of the entertainment highlights we experienced while on the M. S. Queen Anne cruise from Singapore to Cape Town was the wonderful shows at the Bright Lights Society, a small show bar with seating of around 100 people. This beautiful venue was beautifully decorated with shimmering metallics and iconic light bulbs that stretch overhead, with shocks of electric blue throughout giving a bold, contemporary touch.
The Bright Lights Society provided a comfortable place to sit and have some drinks and experience the interactive shows on the stage and all around you. The name and design of Bright Lights Society honours Cunard’s heritage as the first to bring electric lights to the launch of a new ocean liner, and brings a sense of glamor to proceedings.
We watched two excellent shows at the Bright Lights Society; Fizz and Noir both performed by the same and highly talented group, RWS Global Talent, with great music, excellent dance routines and fantastic costumes.
Fizz
Fizz was a show highlighting a dynamic and decadent party with your host Monsieur Laurent and many incredible characters with live music, burlesque dancing, cabaret and lots of audience participation encouraged.

Noir
Noir was a a 1920’s style murder mystery show with dynamic performers, live music, dance and interaction with audience members to identify the murder culprit creating a unique and thoroughly entertaining performance.
