Paris is an incredible city to visit for so many different reasons. It certainly has that je ne sais quoi and is a city you can return to numerous times and still find something unique to explore or experience.
From its unique position on the beautiful River Seine and the stunning historical architecture all over the city with iconic buildings and monuments, art galleries and museums to explore, historic churches to visit, shopping along the Champs-Elysées, incredible old cemeteries, and of course some of the best cuisine in the world with countless excellent restaurants, this city has a lot to offer. Or you can simply sit down at one of the numerous street-side cafes and watch the Parisian street life unfold before you as you have your café au lait or expresso with a croissant.
This book does not attempt to cover this city comprehensively but rather offers some small photographic snapshots and images of life in this cosmopolitan city. With maps, some brief descriptions of various locations and some key images of the city this may inspire you to visit Paris and experience it for yourself.
