Badachro, Scotland

During a road trip around Scotland I took with my mother in 2014 we stopped in the beautiful village of Badachro. Badachro is a small former fishing village in north west Highlands of Scotland just south of Gairloch.

We took a drive along to Badachro whilst staying at the Shieldaig Lodge Hotel stopping at the beautiful Loch Bad a’ Chrotha to take some photographs. One highly recommended place to stop in Badachro is the Badachro Inn where we had a wonderful dinner. It was a warm and sunny evening so we had pre-dinner drinks on the wooden boardwalk then chose our food comprising lots of local seafood and other produce from the dinner blackboard menu.
