Empire City Mall, now known as Hextar World at Empire City, is a shopping mall in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and currently under construction. The Empire City development comprises 3 hotels, office blocks, residential apartments, bowling alley, cinemas, banquet hall and a conference centre. The mall building will host an ice skating rink called the Empire City Ice Arena or the National Ice Skating Stadium and is Olympic regulated to host major international tournaments.
