Sea Point is an upmarket neighbourhood in Cape Town, South Africa and is situated on a narrow stretch of land between Cape Town’s well known Lion’s Head to the southeast and the Atlantic Ocean to the northwest. Sea Point faces the Atlantic Ocean and features sandy beaches and rocky tidal pools. A popular walking route is along the promenade giving you great views of the ocean. Just inland slightly you will find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and markets. With its prominent position on the coast this area is one of the most popular places in Cape Town to live in and the property prices are well above the average for the city.
