Trwyn Du Lighthouse, Anglesey, Wales

Trwyn Du Lighthouse (also known as Penmon Lighthouse) marks the channel between Puffin Island and Penmon Point in Anglesey, Wales. It’s a beautiful spot to get some great coastal views and watch the fisherman fish at the end of the point next to the lighthouse.

The lighthouse was built in 1838, was designed by James Walker and is 29m tall. It was the first Trinity House lighthouse to be automated in 1922.
